Job Summary
Ensure all Caesar Rewards employees complete required training and certification while partnering with the Rewards Manager to hire, manage, and counsel staff on career opportunities. Routinely exercise authority to suggest advancements, promotions, hiring, and firings; coach and review performance, administer recognition and discipline, and handle grievances. Ensure all staff understand the tiered card program, promotions, and special events while maintaining customer data integrity and compliance with policies. Plan daily work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels, monitor and approve payroll, and handle customer complaints quickly to satisfy reasonable requests. Supervise multiple areas within the department, constantly raising the bar of service delivery to improve Total Service scores.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Computer literacy
- Ability to maintain composure and excellent guest relations under all circumstances
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills
- Must be able to be mobile in a restricted area behind counter
- Must be able to stand, sit and bend for long periods of time
- Must be able to operate a computer
- Must be able to see to operate a computer screen
- Must be able to tolerate a noisy, stressful environment
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Must be able to hear
- Must be able to use telephone and radio to communicate during entire shift as needed
- Must be able to climb stairs repeatedly
- Must be able to understand and comply with policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memoranda and other written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to write to complete reports
- Must be able to read and understand in order to communicate with patrons and co-workers
- Must be able to work under stressful conditions
- Must have the ability to hold an Occupational License as required by the Illinois Gaming Board
Desired Qualifications

- College degree or equivalent experience
