Loyalty Performance Manager - Remote

Job Summary
Loyalty-focused role: Own strategy, execution and optimization of CSB’s loyalty program and member ecosystem. Drive loyalty growth, engagement, and repeat purchase across lifecycle stages; lead CRM communications, activations, and community moments; collaborate cross-functionally to embed loyalty across the customer journey and deliver commercially meaningful outcomes. Responsibilities include developing loyalty strategy for acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value; planning loyalty-led promotions and events; coordinating with Brand, Merchandise and Customer Experience; monitoring loyalty performance (revenue contribution, retention, redemption, LTV) and using data to refine strategy. Requirements include 4–7+ years in loyalty/CRM or lifecycle marketing, strong segmentation and lifecycle communications expertise, experience with loyalty/CRM platforms, data-driven mindset, project management skills, and a passion for building loyalty beyond standard points and emails.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 7+ years’ experience in loyalty, CRM, retention, customer engagement or lifecycle marketing (ideally within e-commerce, DTC, retail, fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands)
- Experience working with CRM, loyalty or customer engagement platforms
- Strong data-led approach and ability to turn insights into action
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to balance commercial outcomes with brand experience and community connection
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
