Loyalty Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
Loyalty marketing responsibilities include maintaining guest profiles with preferences and contact details, tracking and analyzing reservation activity for reporting, leveraging guest data to enable personalization, auto-tagging and marketing triggers, and supporting the planning and execution of targeted campaigns. The role involves creating personalized offers, newsletters, SMS campaigns, and promotional emails, assisting with upselling of events and online experiences, developing loyalty initiatives to drive repeat visits, researching competitor loyalty programs and guest engagement strategies, and preparing insights on reservations, guest activity, campaign performance, benchmarks, and system usage. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with guests, F&B, and marketing teams are essential, along with fluent English (Arabic a plus) and comfort with tight deadlines and flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in loyalty marketing or hospitality marketing preferred
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic a plus
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (guest services, F&B, marketing)
- Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
