Job Summary
Serve guests at the Player's Club desk, outlets, and gaming floor while ensuring compliance with Tribal Gaming Compact and internal controls. Manage Camas Club memberships by directing calls, entering data for points, redeeming rewards, and maintaining accurate guest account information. Handle large cash transactions and slot tickets, process concert ticket sales, and identify account irregularities. Promote membership and events, assist the Bus Coordinator, and support special projects or promotions as needed. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to maintain business levels.
Required Qualifications
- Two to five years of related experience in the hospitality or retail field
- Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft programs and other computer software
- Ability to type at a minimum of 20 wpm
- Must be proficient with Northern Quest Player Tracking and Compliance Software
- Must possess good cash handling skills
- Must be able to accurately handle large sums of cash or slot tickets
- Must be able to accurately handle large sums of cash, slot tickets, and prize payout forms by following NQRC and dept cash handling policy and procedures
- Must be able to follow P&P for cash and gift postcards and related promotions
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Washington State Gaming License
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tribal Gaming License
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Class III certification
- Ability to maintain confidentiality for internal and external guest information
- Ability to pass Title 31 testing
- Valid driver's license (Must be in possession while operating a Tribal Vehicle)
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, holidays and flexible hours as required
Desired Qualifications
- One year of college or technical school is preferred
