Job Summary
Lead the evolution of Levi’s RedTab loyalty programme and CRM across Europe, defining strategy and roadmap for loyalty, lifecycle marketing, data-driven segmentation and cross-functional activation across ecommerce and retail. Own end-to-end CRM and lifecycle frameworks (acquisition, conversion, retention, reactivation), drive member growth and engagement, embed RedTab across omnichannel journeys, and partner with Marketing, Retail, Analytics, and Technology to translate customer insights into actionable plans. Develop clienteling and omnichannel engagement, enhance data capabilities (CDP, first-party data, privacy-first approach), define KPIs (membership growth, retention, CLV, revenue contribution), and build dashboards for performance measurement. Demonstrate leadership by guiding CRM and loyalty teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and aligning international teams from a London-based office in a hybrid work arrangement.
