Job Summary
Ambassadeur van klantrelatie voor loyaliteitsbehoud: analyseer klantprofielen, identificeer opzegredenen en behandel elk dossier met een zorgvuldige opvolging; identificeer retentiekansen en bied op maat gemaakte oplossingen; onderhandel met tact en sluit win-win situaties af; draag bij aan continue verbetering door feedback en ideeën. Verisure zoekt een tweetalige Loyalty Agent (FR/NL) die klantrelaties bewaakt, bezwaren omzet in oplossingen en telefonisch oplossingsgericht te werk gaat om klanttevredenheid en groei te bevorderen.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in French and Dutch (FR/NL)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable with telephone communication
- Proactive and results-driven
- Ability to handle objections and propose solutions
- Calm under pressure
