Job Summary
Engage retail shoppers inside a national home improvement store with friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency. Schedule free in-home consultations with experienced comfort advisors to drive leads for residential services. This role requires a willingness to approach customers, maintain a clean professional appearance, and attend weekly in-office meetings. Shifts involve standing or walking for up to six hours during Friday through Sunday hours, with some holidays required. Paid training is provided with no prior HVAC experience needed, and full-time employees may pursue a career path into Sales Advisor roles.
Required Qualifications
