Job Summary
Engage retail shoppers inside a national home improvement store to schedule free in-home consultations with experienced comfort advisors regarding HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency. Maintain a clean, professional appearance while demonstrating a willingness to approach customers and stand or walk for up to six hours during shifts. Attend weekly in-office meetings and be available for weekend retail hours, including some holidays.
