Job Summary

Facilitate social skills groups, individual counseling sessions, and Life Skills classes for grades 4 and 5. Provide crisis intervention, administer assessments, and interpret neuropsychological evaluations to develop cohesive support plans for students. Collaborate with faculty, families, and outside providers to address social-emotional needs and school-wide issues while participating in weekly Student Support Team meetings. Observe students in the school environment to recommend support strategies and monitor progress on home and school-based interventions.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in School Psychology or related field
  • State Certification in School Psychology

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years working in school setting
  • Doctorate Degree in Psychology or related field
  • Strong understanding of the range of development and learning styles among early childhood and elementary aged children
  • Experience with 'best practices' in the related areas of psychology
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Facility with technology
