Job Summary
Support the Lead Teacher in designing and preparing a Montessori classroom environment using full Montessori materials and supplemental resources. Collaborate to establish class routines, develop student work plans, and guide individual lessons while fostering student independence and supporting behavioral plans. Manage daily operations including arrival/dismissal, lunch, recess, emergency drills, and field trip supervision alongside maintaining classroom and common area cleanliness. Build productive relationships with parents through conferences, volunteer opportunities, and education events. Assist with progress reporting, admissions paperwork, and school event planning while adhering to professional ethics and Montessori values.
