Job Summary
Install low-voltage wiring and mount devices according to site layouts and routing plans while performing site assessments, system testing, and verifying connections. Troubleshoot technical issues, flag defective materials, and educate customers on system features and basic troubleshooting. Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety protocols during hands-on installation and support of advanced low-voltage systems in customer homes and businesses. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and proficiency with network diagnostics. Candidates must safely operate a company fleet vehicle and demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment. Prior field technical training is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
