Job Summary
Install low-voltage wiring and mount devices according to site layouts, then perform site assessments, system testing, and verify connections including monitoring center communication. Troubleshoot technical issues, flag defective materials, and educate customers on system features while maintaining a safe, clean workspace. Work independently in customer homes across the country, often requiring evenings, weekends, and holidays, utilizing a company fleet vehicle. Requires valid driver's license, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with network diagnostics.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and network diagnostics
- Ability to safely operate a company fleet vehicle
