Low Voltage Technician

Job Summary
Install low-voltage wiring and mount devices according to site layouts and routing plans while performing site assessments, system testing, and verifying connections including monitoring center communication. Troubleshoot technical issues, flag defective materials or job inaccuracies affecting service quality, and educate customers on system features, usage, and basic troubleshooting. Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety protocols while working independently in customer homes and businesses. Requires a valid driver's license with a clean record, proficiency with network diagnostics, and ability to operate a company fleet vehicle. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and network diagnostics
