Job Summary
Install low-voltage wiring and mount devices according to site layouts and routing plans while performing site assessments, system testing, and verifying connections including monitoring center communication. Troubleshoot technical issues, flag defective materials or job inaccuracies, and educate customers on system features, usage, and basic troubleshooting. Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety protocols. Work independently in customer homes across the country, operating a company fleet vehicle and handling evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and network diagnostics
- Ability to safely operate a company fleet vehicle
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Customer-first communication style
- Self-directed
- Solid time management in a fast-paced environment
