Job Summary
Install and route network cabling, fiber optic, coax, AV, and security wiring while terminating and testing connections. Mount equipment including switches, cameras, access control devices, and cable racks. Read prints and drawings to guide installation on commercial job sites. Troubleshoot connectivity issues and maintain organized work areas. Communicate progress with the project team and follow direction from Leads or Foremen. Work safely on ladders, lifts, and active construction sites.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on construction sites
- Must pass background check and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 10
- Experience with low voltage, structured cabling, telecom, construction, electrical, or security systems
