Low Voltage Project Manager

Job Summary
Plan, organize, and staff electrical/automation/MES construction projects; ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, on time, and to high quality and customer expectations. Identify and generate new business; network and maintain customer relationships. Promote positive culture; coordinate with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination. Attend daily/weekly/monthly meetings; participate in performance reviews and coaching; collaborate with HR on recruiting and employee relations; review outgoing estimates with Estimating; visit jobsites to monitor progress and encourage safe behavior.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or related fields) OR 5 years electrical field experience AND 1 year electrical estimating experience
- Travel: 15-20%
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD preferred
