Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate all related Electrical Low Voltage projects in AMER to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals. Lead and evaluate the performance of Project Managers and Project Coordinators, mentor the team, and act as a point of escalation for serious issues or risks. Manage Program Governance by reviewing process methodology, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing revisions to ensure efficient delivery. Monitor project status, communicate progress to the Management Team, and support decision-making on procurement, staffing, and forecasting. Deliver projects in line with company culture while developing long-term goals and budgets. Requires Project/Program Management certification, high-level leadership skills, and experience in data centers or critical power environments.
