Job Summary
Install low voltage copper and fiber optic cabling, terminate and test systems using certified equipment, and repair network-enabled infrastructure including CCTV, access control, and AV components. Use power tools and measuring devices to accomplish work according to blueprints, national codes, and industry standards such as TIA and BICSI. Update as-built drawings, maintain site safety and orderliness, and attend toolbox meetings while obtaining OSHA 10 certification. Extended hours or weekend overtime may be available.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Knowledge of the Low Voltage Integration or ICT industry
- Valid Driver's License
- demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English
- ability to cooperate and collaborate with multiple levels of customers, employees
- OSHA 10 General Industry Safety and Health standards certification
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
