Low Voltage Installation Foreman

Job Summary
Provides on-site supervision of Low Voltage Installation projects, ensuring completion on schedule and customer satisfaction. Plans and coordinates on-site tasks, lays out cabling routing and device locations, terminates devices and panels, installs control panels and related wiring, and maintains as-built drawings. Maintains quality assurance, communicates with project managers and customers, manages materials, trains subordinates, and coordinates with other trades to ensure fully integrated systems. Requires field electrical/electronic experience, trade-school-level training or equivalent plus 3-5 years of related work, and a valid driver’s license; ability to obtain Maryland and possibly Virginia security technician licenses as required. NICET and factory certifications are a plus but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a fire alarm installation foreman
- In-depth knowledge of fire alarm systems and related equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to safety standards and protocols
- Education assistance (as part of benefits)
- Valid driver’s license
- Possibly Maryland security technician license; ARK sponsorship for license as required
