Low Voltage Infrastructure Project Manager

Manage low-voltage projects from sales/estimating handoff through closeout, coordinating customers, contractors, field teams, vendors, materials, schedules, and budgets. Review contracts, scopes of work, drawings, and specifications while developing project schedules, manpower plans, and material requirements. Coordinate technicians, foremen, subcontractors, and general contractors; monitor labor, material costs, budgets, and gross margins. Identify out-of-scope work to manage change orders, conduct site visits for progress and safety monitoring, and coordinate material purchasing. Attend project meetings, provide status updates, and manage RFIs, submittals, testing, punch lists, and closeout documentation. Deliver accurate information to Accounting for progress and final billing. Requires 3+ years of project management experience in low-voltage or construction, working knowledge of copper and fiber cabling, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software. Valid driver's license and ability to travel are required.
