Job Summary
Manage the Low Voltage High Power product portfolio from concept to end-of-life, defining vision, strategy, and roadmap while driving profitability and sales growth. Collaborate with engineering, customers, and internal stakeholders to prioritize resources, write business cases, and execute product requirements. Lead new product developments, conduct win/loss analysis, and manage in-life performance using CRM tools to meet revenue and quality goals. Travel nationally and internationally up to 25% to perform demos, run trials, and present to key accounts. Report to the VP of Product Management, acting as the recognized category champion for this high-growth, highly profitable sector.
Required Qualifications
- Must have product management experience of hardware and/or firmware-based products
- Technical power supply background
- Great commercial acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in an international environment
- Willing/able to travel nationally and internationally – variable but can be up to 25% when needed
- Appropriate degree or equivalent
