Job Summary
Onsite lead for one or more physical security and low-voltage projects; directs field technicians and subcontractors; reviews scope, drawings, and installation plans to ensure efficient execution; serves as primary onsite point of coordination with customers and trades; ensures quality, safety, and project expectations; identifies field issues and resource needs; supports schedule adherence and labor utilization; performs and oversees installation, testing, and system commissioning; trains and mentors field personnel; maintains field documentation, redlines, and material tracking; aims for professional customer experience and targets annual billable hour goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s License
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic Knowledge of Computers
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
