Low Voltage Foreman

Job Summary
Lead onsite execution for physical security and low-voltage projects by directing field technicians, subcontractors, and other personnel. Review project scope, drawings, and schedules to ensure efficient installation of video surveillance, access control, and structured cabling. Serve as the primary coordination point with customers and contractors while overseeing installation, testing, and system commissioning. Identify field issues, risks, and resource needs to support schedule adherence and efficient labor utilization. Maintain accurate field documentation, material tracking, and progress updates. Train and mentor team members to ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and a positive customer experience. Meet annual billable hour goals as defined by HBS.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years experience with Access Control, Surveillance, and/or Low Voltage Cabling systems and associated hardware/software
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic Knowledge of Computers
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools

- Experience reading and understanding project requirements and technical drawings
