Job Summary
Install Structured Cabling Systems including category 6, 6A, optical fiber, security, and audio/visual cabling within commercial and construction environments. Perform terminations and fusion splicing, then conduct performance testing using company equipment. Self-manage time, personnel, materials, and equipment while coordinating daily tasks and overseeing installation quality. Work with the Project Manager to manage labor and material budgets, ensuring projects meet customer and industry standards. Maintain site cleanliness, ensure team safety, and provide direction to personnel while operating company vehicles. Requires 5+ years of experience in structured cabling installation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in installing Structured Cabling Systems
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
