Job Summary
Install and service low voltage A/V systems in residential and commercial settings. Run, pull, terminate, test, and label cables (cat6e, coax, 22/2, 22/4, 16/4, 16/2, 18/6, 18/4). Perform low voltage rough-in and trim-out. Install A/V equipment and access control; work with security systems (Honeywell, DSC); must be able to work independently or in a team. Some travel required. Strong organization and time management; communicate effectively; must have a clean driving record and pass background and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in structure wiring: cabling, terminations, testing
- Experience in security systems: wiring, setup, programming, troubleshooting, setup monitoring services (Honeywell, DSC)
- Experience in CCTV systems: wiring, design, setup, troubleshooting
- Experience installing A/V equipment
- Experience installing access control equipment
- Clean driving record
- Background check
- Drug screening
