Job Summary
Execute all Level I installer roles, including configuring and programming devices, overseeing system commissioning, and performing Factory Authorized Testing before installation. Lead installation teams by delegating tasks, mentoring Level 1 installers, and maintaining high standards through regular communication with coordinators and customers. Demonstrate expertise in nurse call, access control, and video surveillance systems while managing project tickets and adhering to architectural drawings. This Level II position requires 2+ years in construction trades, low voltage knowledge, and team management experience. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years with a previous construction trade
- Advance knowledge of electricity (high and/or low voltage)
- Hands-on/field experience from previous work experience
- Basic telecommunication knowledge (TCP/IP, general networking, computers, VoIP, etc.)
- Ability to identify and use common low voltage cabling
- Possesses and maintains a working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations and IP addressing
- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Team management/supervisor experience
- Previous experience completing projects within scope
- Previous experience with service ticketing processes
- Required 1+ year of previous knowledge in fire, CCTV, intrusion, emergency nurse call systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have valid US Driver's license
