Job Summary
Manage material handling from shop to trucks and trucks to roof while removing old roofing material and preparing decks for new installation. Install new roofing material at the direction of the foreman within a safety-first environment on roofs with slopes less than 4 inches per foot. Seek opportunities to improve skills in jobsite tools, techniques, and overall job progression to advance through pay tiers. Work a standard 40-hour week Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday work to make up for lost weather days determined by management.
Required Qualifications
- Valid United States employment documentation
- Current and active driver's license
- Available for full time employment
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. 15-20 per day
- Ability to climb ladders to 40' repetitively up to 20 times per day
- Being able to work on your knees for long periods of time
- Need to be tolerant of working in varying temperatures or other weather conditions
