Job Summary
The Low Slope Foreman will oversee a crew of 2 - 6 technicians in the installation of single ply roofing systems such as Fibertite, TPO, and EPDM, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety procedures. Responsibilities include leading and training field techs, troubleshooting field issues, tracking inventory, planning jobs from start to finish, and overseeing all crew activities. Excellent communication between various departments and clients is essential. The position requires a valid US Drivers License, and in-house training on company software will be provided.
Required Qualifications
- Valid US Drivers License with insurance approval
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in sheet metal machine operation
- Ability to troubleshoot problems in the field
- Ability to lead and train field techs
- Detailed job planning skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality roofing services
Desired Qualifications
- Crane operating experience
- CDL license
