Low Latency Java Developer

Job Summary
Design and development of a low-latency Java-based client connectivity platform to establish best-in-class client connectivity solutions globally. Develop low-latency solutions on the Java stack and HFT framework, ensuring business requirements are understood at all delivery levels. Build and adhere to coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of prioritized connectivity streams, provide ongoing support post-implementation, and contribute to new enhancements as part of a global development effort.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Low latency Java Stack
- Experience with building ultra-low latency platforms is a plus
- Working experience of Microservices architecture is a big plus
- Good exposure to Client connectivity application development
- Good understanding of electronic trading and financial markets
- Experience on FIX/Binary protocols
- Exposure to Open HFT & Chronicle is a big Plus
- Experience of working in a trading environment
- Good Analytical skills
- Familiar with DevOps tools, CI/CD, and BitBucket
- Core JAVA
- Unix/Linux
