Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate all low current systems activities on site, ensuring installation, testing, and commissioning works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards. Supervise subcontractors and monitor site teams to execute CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and structured cabling works within schedule and budget. Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals while coordinating with MEP, civil, and IT teams for system integration. Identify technical issues, site clashes, and delays to provide corrective actions, then prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Attend coordination meetings with consultants, clients, and project teams to ensure QA/QC, HSE, and company policy compliance. Support project handover activities including inspections, snagging, and documentation maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in low current systems projects
- Proven experience in residential, hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, or high-rise projects
- Strong knowledge of low current systems including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, IPTV, SMATV, BMS, and Structured Cabling
- Experience in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration activities
- Strong understanding of shop drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and coordination drawings
- Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with international standards and codes related to low current systems
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and work under pressure
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and low current coordination tools
- Strong communication, reporting, technical, and problem-solving skills
