Job Summary
Low-Code Application Developer (Mendix) – Snowflake & Power BI based in Pune. The role involves migrating a legacy MS Access–based solution to Mendix, translating VBA logic into Mendix microflows/nanoflows/Java actions, designing scalable data models for Snowflake, and building Power BI dashboards. You will develop Mendix applications (low‐code and pro‐code), ensure security and performance, integrate with Snowflake, work with stakeholders to gather requirements, support UAT and post‐go‐live enhancements, and maintain documentation and governance. Requires 2+ years of hands‐on development, Mendix expertise, strong SQL (Snowflake), VBA, MS Access experience, and familiarity with REST APIs, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Hybrid work model in Pune.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related subject preferred
- At least 2 years of hands‐on application development experience
- Strong experience with Mendix low code platform
- Pro code experience using Java within Mendix
- Strong SQL expertise with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
- Solid experience with Microsoft Access (tables, queries, forms, reports)
- Strong VBA development and refactoring experience
- Experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards
- Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and authentication mechanisms
- Experience migrating legacy systems to low‐code platforms (Preferred)
- Exposure to enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) (Preferred)
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices for Mendix (Preferred)
