Low and Medium Voltage Inverter Testing Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct electrical performance and safety testing of low and medium voltage inverters; develop and implement comprehensive test protocols based on customer requirements; perform functional, safety, and reliability assessments of inverter systems; document test results with precise technical reports; analyze performance data to identify potential improvements; ensure compliance with international electrical standards (IEC, IEEE, etc.); calibrate and maintain testing equipment; collaborate with design and engineering teams; utilize advanced measurement tools (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, electrical safety testers, Grid and Solar Simulator) and apply PPE in laboratory and field-testing environments; willingness for long-duration travel to domestic/international sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's /master’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Electronics, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inverter testing or Design
- Strong understanding of power electronics principles
- Proficiency in electrical measurement techniques
- Background knowledge of ISO 17025:2017 and international standards for inverter testing
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Power Electronics
- Experience with renewable energy systems, BESS
- Knowledge of semiconductor technologies
