Job Summary
Supervisory role leading and training hospital staff (CRS, Kennel, or Technician) at Lovet Pet Health Care. Responsibilities include training on procedures, ensuring compliance with proper protocols, learning hospital flow, scheduling client appointments and staff/doctor schedules to optimize hospital opportunities, maintaining client service standards, organizing team meetings, overseeing daily/weekly/monthly task lists, and involvement in hospital billing and financial processes. Role may supervise CRS staff or Technical Staff; includes duties such as staff evaluations and audits, and providing hands-on mentorship to support growth within a multi-location veterinary care network.
