Job Summary
Serve as the in-store champion of Subaru technology, guiding customers through features and benefits during Love Encore deliveries and post-sale interactions. Educate new vehicle owners to feel confident using their Subaru, assist customers in maximizing the vehicle's technology, support the sales team with product knowledge and demonstrations, follow up to reinforce a positive ownership experience, stay current on Subaru technology updates, and create a welcoming, informative customer experience. Key skills include strong interest in technology, excellent communication, a customer-first mindset, ability to work independently and on a team, and strong organizational and follow-up abilities. Automotive experience is a plus but not required; retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.
