Job Summary
Cake Decorator role in Love Cakes at Dorothy Lane Market. Responsibilities include assembling and leveling wedding cakes, rolling fondant, base icing, bordering cakes, creating flower designs and handwriting, and participating in the annual Wedding Showcase. The candidate will be tested for quality of work, speed, and efficiency; provide guest experiences in person and during wedding consultations; lift up to 50 lbs; work mornings, afternoons, weekends, with flexible scheduling during busy seasons; collaborate in a team-friendly environment.
