Job Summary
Greet and welcome guests warmly, guiding them through menus and daily features while taking and delivering beverage and food orders with precision. Describe cocktail concepts, pairings, and curated dishes to guests, then coordinate with bartenders, kitchen, and wellness teams to ensure seamless service. Assist with setup, breakdown, and upkeep of your station, maintaining cleanliness and organization in guest areas and back-of-house support. Anticipate guest needs, including refills and special requests, to elevate the experience while upholding the ambiance and brand standards of EXO. Serve as a brand ambassador both in and outside of the workplace, consistently representing the company's values, culture, and offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Previous server or fine-dining experience
- Strong communication skills
- Guest-centric mindset
- Ability to multitask in a refined, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable presenting food and beverage ideas and upselling when appropriate
- Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and during special events
