Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability, and record transactions in the MICROS system. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, maintain cleanliness of work areas and china, and present accurate checks for payment. Complete closing duties including restocking and turning off lights, and assist individuals with disabilities. Follow all safety policies, report accidents, and ensure a professional appearance while developing positive working relationships with the team.
