Job Summary
Oversee the Flexjet lounge operations at Farnborough to deliver a premium private aviation environment that reflects the Flexjet brand. Lead hospitality elements, manage the owner/crew journey from arrival to handover, coordinate with Farnborough Airport and internal teams, and maintain five-star guest-relations standards. Drive brand environment, implement SOPs and service flows, monitor owner feedback and NPS, support opening readiness activities, and build a small pool of representatives for continuous representation and smooth handover. Maintain peak-period visibility for queue management, baggage flow, and service delivery, and serve as the primary liaison among Flight Operations, Owner Services, and airport/ground handling teams. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination are essential, along with proficiency in hospitality/CRM platforms and project management for openings or launches.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, premium lounge operations, private aviation or UHNW client service environments.
- Proven experience working confidently with UHNW individuals, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence and anticipatory service skills.
- Experience implementing brand standards and service-culture programmes.
- Strong project management skills, ideally including opening readiness or hospitality concept launches.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Ability to meet aviation security, background-check, and drug/alcohol testing requirements.
