Job Summary
Lounge Server supports residents and guests in the Sky Lounge by serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the lounge, ensuring prompt and professional service, inventory control, and adherence to safety/sanitation standards. Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing/serving items within scheduled times, following menu cycles, training points, reporting issues, maintaining a safe, clean work environment, and participating in required meetings and trainings. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, prior lounge/food service experience preferred, attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and ability to work a flexible schedule; required First Aid/CPR, health requirements, and successful background check.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in dining room/lounge service and food prep preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends holidays and overtime
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Meets all mandatory health requirements by state regulations
- Pass a criminal background and fingerprint check
- Maintains current Food Handlers card
