LOUNGE LIQUOR STORE ATTENDANT

Motivated, outgoing Lounge Attendant needed to provide exceptional customer service at a liquor store/casino environment in Montana. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, checking in vendors, breaking down boxes, maintaining storage and appearance, assisting with outside maintenance (lighting, snow removal, landscaping, trash), daily cleaning and upkeep, handling customer questions and complaints, verifying IDs for alcohol purchases, suggestive selling and assisting customers in finding products, communicating with management on product orders and policy violations, maintaining a clean register area, lifting and transporting ice, and following safety guidelines with PPE and equipment like ladders and fire extinguishers.
