Lounge Bartender

As a Lounge Bartender at the Aloft Oklahoma City Quail Springs Hotel, you will serve beverages and food to guests with friendliness and care, maintain daily bar setup and stock (beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, condiments, and related products), greet guests, document and process drink orders, operate the point-of-sale system and balance cash, ensure security of assets, and comply with all beverage laws. You will also participate in routine tasks such as responsible stocking of perishables, maintaining product quality, and collaborating with hotel management and colleagues. This role includes eligibility for hotel benefits such as 401(k) participation after six months with company match, vacation accrual, and employee discounts; involvement in routine background checks and drug screening as part of employment verification. The position requires availability to work regular hours and does not offer relocation assistance.
