Job Summary
Restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies. Prepare garnishes and assist with bar prep. Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar. Change kegs and monitor inventory levels. Assist bartenders during high-volume service periods. Serv Safe and New Mexico Alcohol Certification required. Willing to work nights, holidays, and weekends. Physically able to carry 35 pounds; able to stand, bend, and move throughout shift. Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks. Excellent verbal communication; works well and efficiently under pressure.
