Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival, introduce lounge services, and assist with questions or needs. Provide friendly customer service at reception and bar areas while serving guests, clearing tables, and maintaining overall lounge cleanliness. Restock food, beverages, and supplies to keep the service area fully prepared. Follow QHSE standards and corporate procedures, answer phone calls, and complete operational tasks assigned by the Lounge Supervisor. Report incidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions immediately to support a safe, clean, and efficient environment. Work rotating shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role is based at the Aspire Lounge in Vilnius Airport for Baltic Assist.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience in hospitality, retail, aviation, or a similar guest‐facing role
- Good communication skills in Lithuanian
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Aviation security background check
- H10 food‐safety certificate
Desired Qualifications
- English is highly desirable
- Experience as a passenger agent or in aviation
