Job Summary
Lounge AM Bartender responsibilities include taking orders, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and light meals to guests, maintaining stock and cleanliness of the outlet, ensuring compliance with hotel and safety standards, handling guest issues, and coordinating with General Manager and department managers. Must have beverage-service experience, knowledge of safety practices, and ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff; ServSafe/TIPS familiarity is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; flexible weekend/holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant / Food and Beverage field.
- Minimum state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
