Job Summary
The Lounge Agent role at Wingtips Chicago involves welcoming guests, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting lounge operations including guest check-in, food preparation, buffet maintenance, cleanliness, inventory, and guest experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests by name, answering questions about airport and airline operations, processing guest payments when needed, maintaining cleanliness of the lounge and kitchen, restocking beverages and food, handling POS transactions, winding down shifts with proper paperwork, and complying with safety and sanitation policies. The position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, flexible availability for mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to obtain airport security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to obtain airport security clearance
