Job Summary

Mix and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, while adhering to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers to take orders, offer personalized recommendations, and maintain a lively atmosphere. Prepare the bar area for service, keep the space clean and organized, and ensure all tools and ingredients are available. Process payment transactions accurately, manage tabs, and handle cash and credit card transactions. Monitor beverage inventory, restock supplies as needed, and report shortages to management. Verify customer age and refuse service to underage or intoxicated individuals in compliance with alcohol laws. Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and active listening skills
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
  • Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations
