Monitor oil loading and unloading processes, verify tank numbers and quantities, and supervise transfers to prevent spills, contamination, or theft. Maintain strict safety, hygiene, and food quality standards while ensuring all operational records are complete and truthful. Execute scheduled equipment patrols, perform inventory counts, and enforce SOPs and checklists. Report anomalies immediately with proposed solutions and manage handovers to guarantee work continuity.
