Job Summary
Lottery Sales Rep responsible for identifying and qualifying new accounts, presenting company products and services to potential clients, and training retailers. Requires travel throughout Wyoming, on-site communication with key decision makers, development of marketing deliverables, self-managed scheduling, and ongoing coordination with Lottery personnel. Strong presentation, written communication, and customer service skills are essential; must quickly learn lottery equipment and train others, with proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint. Valid driver’s license and background/drug screening required. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or similar; or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Four (4) years related experience in sales or in a related area
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations to key decision makers
- Ability to create, compose and edit written materials
- Ability to prioritize, organize and manage projects to completion
- Organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Work requires travel throughout Wyoming to current and potential clients
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must possess self-management skills to effectively manage daily, weekly and monthly schedule with minimal direct supervision
- Must have ability to quickly comprehend technical features of our products and services
- Willingness to quickly gain knowledge of Intralot, Inc. organizational structure, functions, policies, procedures, communication channels, and objectives
- Computer literacy skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint or comparable
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with management, staff and Lottery personnel; assess the effectiveness and correctness of programs; interact with and gain the cooperation of managers, other employees, the Lottery and the retailers to maintain effective working relationships
