Job Summary
A Scientific Games Sales Account Manager is responsible for representing the New Mexico Lottery and Scientific Games in retailer locations across the state. Responsibilities include recruiting new lottery retailers, executing the raise them right program, conducting business reviews, and promoting New Mexico Lottery products. The role involves maintaining retailer relations, analyzing sales data, and ensuring proper inventory and product placement. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and the ability to train others. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required, along with a commitment to adhering to Lottery policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to remain tactful and diplomatic in difficult situations
- Ability to train others on products and promotions
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot both mechanical and system issues
- Positive and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work individually and with others as a team
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or related field or equivalent experience of 2 years minimum is preferred
- Experience with the Lottery operation/industry is preferred
