Job Summary
Oversee and complete various lottery game drawings for MUSL members, ensuring policies and procedures are followed at each event. Select and test drawing equipment, conduct the draws, record data, and present final reports through the Draw Reporting System. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, collect forms for filing, and perform maintenance, repair, and certification of all equipment as directed. Report any issues directly to the Director of Draws and Production and collaborate with independent auditors to complete required documentation. This immediate, part-time role requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays, with an estimated 6-10 hours per week at a rate of $30.00.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of general office, business, or related experience
- Competence in basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to perform repetitive detail-oriented tasks in a time sensitive environment
- Required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
